The short version
BetSharpr has no accounts or logins. The only thing you can give us is your email address, and only if you choose to sign up for the free daily newsletter. That address goes straight to our email service, Kit, not to us.
What is collected
Like every website, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It uses this to deliver the site and block attacks. We do not use it to identify you.
The site does not currently set its own cookies or run tracking scripts.
Advertising (future)
If we add advertising, ad partners such as Google may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Before that happens, this policy will be updated to name those partners and explain how to opt out, for example through Google Ads Settings, and a cookie notice will be shown where required.
Email newsletter
When you sign up, your email address is sent directly to our email service, Kit, which holds the list and sends the emails. It is not stored on our site or our computers. Kit may record whether emails are opened or links are clicked. We use your address only to send the newsletter and never sell or share it. You'll confirm your sign-up by email first, and can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
Children
BetSharpr is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have the right to ask what information is held about you and to have it deleted. The only personal information involved is a newsletter email address held by Kit; unsubscribing removes you from the list, or you can reach us through the Contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
