Profit Guarantee Policy
We offer a profit guarantee policy on all memberships purchased. All memberships purchased that do not profit according to sharpr's private recorded results will be automatically extended. Extensions are subject to membership length and at the discretion of sharpr to determine the extension length.
If you feel you have not been extended when you should have please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via social media.
We have a case-to-case refund policy. Meaning if your request a refund, we will look at your appeal and work with you to come to a conclusion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
