Kansas City Chiefs vs Tennessee Titans
Dave Covers Spreads, NFL Preview and Breakdown
Coming off a huge win over the Buffalo Bills the Titans will look to keep the ball rolling as they host the Kansas City Chiefs. Powerhouse Derrick Henry will definitely have a field day with this week Chiefs defense, but the same is said for Mahomes against the Titans. Who will come out on top?

Kansas City Chiefs Breakdown:
The Chiefs did exactly what we expected them to last week. Handle the Washington Football Team with ease. They were down at half 13-10, but came out firing closing the game out with a complete second half shoutout whilst putting up 21 points of their own. That’s the real story for the Chiefs. Everyone is already counting them out due to their lack luster defense, but this offense is truly amazing. They chiefs rank first in touchdowns scored per drive at just over 40% of all drives resulting in a touchdown. That is all whilst leading the league in turnovers. Just think about that. If they didn’t have some drops they would be putting up 40+ points every single game.
A concern worth mention for the Chiefs is Tyreek Hill. He is currently listed as questionable in this matchup as he continues to deal with some quadriceps issues. Also to mention is how bad the Chiefs defence really is. Derrick Henry will have no issue running all over this Chiefs team.
Tennessee Titans Breakdown:
Tennessee had a huge win on Monday night as they took down the Buffalo Bills 34-31 and moved to 4-2. Derrick Henry has been unstoppable so far as he leads the league in total rushing yards with 783 with 162 carries.
He will continue to be there main weapon on this short week against the chiefs. Ryan Tannehill hasn’t looked great and the Chiefs cannot stop anyone on the run, so look for Henry to keep the ball moving.
Finding angles in the prop market:
As I said, no one can stop Henry, consider the over in rushing yards and longest rush for Henry in this matchup.
The Chiefs need to start winning games if they have plans for good playoff positioning, this paired with the fact that statically their turnover issues should start to fall expect them to put up a lot of points on this bad Tennessee Defence. The short week shouldn’t have too much affect on the Titans offense and Henry, so expect a big game from him. The total is set extremely high and for good reason, the run game for Titans is all they have and I am not sure that is fast enough to get them into a shootout. Consider the full game under, the Chiefs and the Chiefs total to go over the mark.
